Meet the Owner

Dawn Bransky has over 29 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist. Mrs. Bransky began her career by first volunteering and then working as a physical therapy aide while pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, she attended Texas Women’s University, where she graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).

Dawn’s physical therapy experience includes acute and outpatient hospital settings, home health, serving as Director of Rehabilitation for a skilled nursing facility, and as Director of Rehabilitation and Owner of a licensed and certified home health company.

While in home health, Dawn used her training and expertise as a physical therapist to provide rehabilitation to patients, helping them continue living at home in a safe environment. As an owner, she developed a culture that puts patient care first.

In 2012, Dawn leveraged her years of experience as a clinician and owner of a skilled home health agency to launch a Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency in Tarrant County. Dawn’s commitment to quality care, her passion for prioritizing the care of the elderly in their homes above all else, and her devotion to Christ have enabled her agency to become the provider of choice.
